There are so many judgemental and narrow minded people on here. Someone asks a question and a person replies and then another person feels the need to try to down what a person said without doing their research on the topic. Im a huge scientific article reader and it infuriats me when someone doesnt even try to look up the science behind it and they just listen to what their friends or family said.
