Massive bloating help!

Abby • I'm a mother of an almost 2 year old boy. 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and full time step-mom to 6 year old twin boys.
Does anyone have any useful tips on helping with bloat/gas. I'm absolutely miserable. 8 weeks today and no matter what I eat I'm instantly bloated. I do not remember this at all with my 1st pregnancy.
