Dentist

So I'm setting up a dentist appointment for tomorrow. I'm not having any issues as far as pain but I have a sharp tooth that I got filled about 6 months ago because of a cavity that still feels really sharp and I also have a black dot on the inside of my molar pointed toward my tongue. Plus I just really needed my teeth cleaned haha. We'll my question is being that I'm pregnant what type of pain medication options do i have? I almost ALWAYS have a small cavity so I'm planning for the worst. I usually get the gas paired with the numbing which I obviously cannot do so I'm just curious if there's ANYTHING I can do!!!
