My dr emailed me this and I'm in a state of panic

I haven't had a period since November and have been having lower back and pelvic pain so I went in for a pap and hormone testing . She told me my hormones are considered in the grey area and she wanted to run some more tests and she wanted me to take progesterone to see if it would  make my uterus react and start my period . Well I started my period this morning and am bleeding really heavily and in a ton of pain . I write her to let her know and inquire about my test results and this is what she says . Also I had a miscarriage in December 2014 just for more background information .
