I need tips. Please help😣😢😭

Today is my 4th day breastfeedin my new born. I feel like I won't be able to do it for a long time. She started to latch on right but by now she falls off only to my nipple and she has damage them. They're so sore and they bleed when I'm trying to feed her, I can't pump because I also have clogged holes. I have no choice but to go to formula for a day or two so I can let my boobs rest. Any one has any tips? This is my third baby and my milk dried out like a month after delivery. 😭😭😭😭😭
