So I had been getting a yeast infection almost every month for a while. I was making sure to use Summer's <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> and practicing good hygiene. I even changed my diet and nothing was working. Randomly I stopped having them for about 3 months. I just got one again most likely because I had to start antibiotics from getting strep throat. I would really like to keep away from getting them over and over again. I have already started the monistat 3. Any suggestions for not getting chronic yeast infections? Should I be worried? I am young and don't have a doctor here at my college town. Should I go to one of the clinics? Please help.
