Why are ppl complaining(Lack of Symptoms)

Idk why everyone complaining about lack of symptoms, I'm complaining about my symptoms I am 39+1 weeks...day 4 of nausea & migraine...lower back pain...heartburn...i lay on my left side, I get contractions...i lay on my right side I get back labor...i lay on my back heartburn kicks in bad...& I can't get comfy to sleep at all 😢😢

I remember complaining about my lack of symptoms because I was constantly worried something was wrong. It's hard to feel pregnant when you don't feel pregnant. It definitely gave me anxiety.

I don't think it's really complaining. I mean in my case I has a mmc in September at 12. So this time I want symptoms right away only because I'm afraid of loss again. I think that goes for lots of people who have miscarried and have never been able to experience pregnancy all the way through. I can say only for me that I would rather be uncomfortable for the whole 9 months then suffer the loss that i have again.

I get questioning if you have had a miscarriage and your afraid of it again so u question why your not having symptoms but I see women who are just like I didn't get morning sickness I didn't get this I wish i did etc etc...like no u don't u were a lucky one enjoy having energy...enjoy being regular...enjoy eating w.e without heartburn...i wish mine would go away and I'm toward the end
