Is 7/8dpo too early to test?

I'm not sure of the exact day but im 7 or 8 dpo, bd when i had ewcm. I had a tingling in my nipples (which I had with bbs 1&2) yesterday and now I have super sore breasts and nipples.. So sore I can't sleep (I can only sleep half on my tummy) would I get an accurate result this early?
