Heartbeat in my stomach?!?!?!?

Does anyone else get a heartbeat like pulse in their stomach when on their period?
(Most prominent when cramping)
And does anyone know why this is?

There are several major arteries and branches that occur in your belly, you gotta get blood to your legs somehow. Totally not a big concern, if you are feeling it at all time then maybe tell your doctor just so they are aware. But that isn't a big deal if it occurs with cramping.

That's common for thin girls. I used to feel mine before I got pregnant. There an aorta which is big vessel and gives you feel strong pulse of circulating blood.
