Husband just lost his job

I'm 7 months pregnant and we both work and live in the city but I just found out that he was fired yesterday from a good job he's been at for 4 years after finishing law school. I'm completely devastated with the financial stress this is causing and a complete change of our plan after baby arrives. The company is downsizing but blaming the firing on incomplete time slips which means he wouldn't be able to file for unemployment. I make a decent income but not enough for both of us. He's looking for jobs but I'm feeing completely lost...
