Big sister gift ideas

My sons father has 2 daughters from a previous relationship (7&8) and we finally got word they will be able to attend the shower.. I wanted to make them their own little gifts so they can feel apart of everything (thier mother kept them away from everything)

I'm planning on making some big sister pins but what are some other ideas I can do?
