Have you ever done yoga or Pure Barre? Not sure if they're in your area or not. They're both completely different but I'm in love. I usually go once or twice a week to either. Low impact and helps to stretch the entire body. Also, just super relaxing.

Im not looking for attention in just feeling like I haven't made that big of a change now that I'm really looking at myself...the before pictures were in a full body mirror though and the now pictures were in my selfie camera so maybe that makes a difference
