So I live in Minnesota and my whole family lives in Maryland. We will visit with baby when she is 5-7 week old and I will be having a "welcome baby/ baby shower" then.  But I want to have one before with friends out here in Mn, unfortunately no one has offered to throw me one.... So I'm thinking I'm going to have my own or do like an online one where I create a Facebook event and post registry stuff?    What do you ladies think? is that Weird?
