Am so glad that I took today off, as I was anticipating my Day 1 update from the embryologist and I didn't want to get bad news while at work as would f-ing lose it right in office! I had my first egg retrieval yesterday (hurt like a mofo grrr) and I was so happy that they got 8 eggs as I was worried since my AMH is pretty low (2.5pmol/L). But Day 1 update is 6(!) were good so they fertilized those through ICIS so now am just hoping that as many of those 6 make it to Day 5! I was so happy that I started crying anyway on the phone ☺️ Go, eggies! 🐣
