Mucus plug

I have lost mucus 3 times, first at 18 weeks with a little blood, second at 19 weeks with no blood and 21 weeks 6 days (today) no blood just a big glob and I get period like cramps after everytime I lose it. And Im still have cramping and braxton hicks with alot of pressure. I know it can regenerate but it seems pretty early to be losing mucus already. Im a little worried, do you think im thinning already or do you think this is normal?
