No. Peeing after sex is good. It helps prevent UTI. The "little swimmers" are where they need to be in seconds so legs up doesn't matter either.

I pee and clean myself IMMEDIATELY after sex. Every single time. I'm 18 weeks now.

I wouldn't risk getting uti's for it, there's no evidence proving it helps.
