Anyone have a sacked out period and have pcos....I had a period Jan 5-8 had sex Jan 18th and spores Jan 19th. I told my Obgy and went for a us Jan 22nd. He said everything is fine.

The us showed my right ovary had a lot of follicles and they couldn't see my left. They can't say forsure I ovulated. I'm supposed to have my period yesturday and haven't. Did I mention my tubes are tied with Felipe rings and he said there's a chance of pregnancy. Idk what to think or do I'm nervous I want more children, but I feel it won't happen until I get a tubal reversal. Still scared not having any cramping so I don't think it's and ectopic or anything, maybe just wishful thinking.

What do you guys think?
