So I know that one of the earliest symptoms of pregnancy is usually sore nipples. But the day before yesterday, I kept getting extremely light headed and dizzy while I was at work. My breasts are sometimes pretty sore about a week before I start my period, but I've never gotten dizzy or light headed like that. I didn't do anything differently that day either. I ate breakfast, I had my usual dose of caffeine and sugar that I take in almost every day, from coffee or tea.
