Spots during pregnancy

I've never been one to get awful bad spots, id get the rare one here and there but ever since being pregnant I get more spots on my face and neck not to bad but my back is awful!! They're not massive spots they are tiny little pimples but there is so many of them and they cover near enough the whole of my back, I am currently 11+6 is anyone else experiencing/experienced this and if so is there anything I can do to help them? It's really making me paranoid to show my back or let my SO touch it 😩😞
