Naturemade prenatal vitamins DHA!?!?

So I'm 12 weeks so I know still have time to change but I might have to consult with my ob. This concerning because I have to have another csection with this baby. I read this on the bottle!?!?!??!!!!! Or am I reading this wrong lol

Ask your doctor but I think you should be fine if you take them up until a few weeks before you're due. I think all prenatals might say that because they are all very similar
