Body out of whack?

I'm late but having bad cramps and light spotting. Out of the norm for me. My brest look kinda vainey. Idk how else to describe it. As well as hurt. My hubby keeps saying '...its coz your pregnant.' But I'm not too sure. I don't want bad new at this time. I tested Monday and got a BFN. Sigh. Idk what else to tell him or say. Any thoughts?
