To Theraflu, or not to Theraflu?!

THAT is the quesrion!! So, I'm totally stopped up, sneezing, coughing, sniffling and unable to breathe...UGH!! What did your Drs say about taking Theraflu?!! Plus....kinda craving it! 😞

I had the flu a few weeks back. I did A LOT of googling, and it seemed the general consensus was that it was ok. It's main ingredient is Tylenol, which is supposed to be ok for pregnant women. My midwife/naturopathic dr felt differently (which I expected), and told me to take Zinc. I couldn't handle how I was feeling, so I just caved and had Theraflu at night before bed. During the day I tried to suffer through it though!

Oh, if it's an allergy thing, I use Nasacort (which has been a GODSEND) and dissolvable Zyrtec tablets.
