Acne happens, it sucks. I find washing my pillow cases every 1-2 weeks helps. Cotton is best because they breathe better too. And eat less salty foods as tempting as they may be. Drink more water and take a multivitamin every day. Acne is more of a reflection of what is happening INSIDE your body than outside. In this case it's likely your hormones, but a helpful video is available on YouTube. Look up "face mapping: what is your acne telling you?" on YouTube. It made total sense to me when I started breaking out on one cheek at the same time I started having more frequent asthma attacks.

When that happens to me I usually clean my face with a face pad and use "sea breeze" on it.. I don't really know how to explain sea breeze but it's a deap clean face thing.
