Cramps!!!!!!!!!

Ok y'all I am 25 I have three beautiful kids!!! Handsome Twin boys that are 6 and a beautiful queen that is 5. So I've had the mirena for 5 years and just recently got it removed (time was up) in Novemeber. Now being on this I never had cramps or a period at all. But I did gain 80 pounds (I KNOW!!!!) plus now I am on 3 migraine medications bc of the effect it's had on my body! So now I'm on bc pill and this is the 3rd period I've had and last month it hurt so bad I had to go get a shot (which it still did not faze anything!!) I've talked to my obgyn and she said it's just my body getting back to normal but I can't keep running to the doctor every month for a shot that doesn't even work!!! I need help!! What do y'all use that is very helpful for bad cramps??
