I asked my friend to come to my house for Valentine's Day and he said most likely he could come but that was 4 days ago I called him yesterday and now he is telling me maybe. He doesn't not answer to my text message nor does he calls me back lately which is telling me he doesn't like me but I was just thinking he might be playing hard to get since the fact when he comes to visit he looks at me when I am not looking,touches my chin, we agree on most things and he wants to stay over.Sometimes his actions vs words do not match.He treats me like he cares in person but over the phone he seems like he wants to stop liking me and trying to distance himself.What should I do?

Just because a man is a bit interested in you does not mean he is worth pursuing. He is basically giving you crumbs. He pays attention to you when he is around but couldn't be bothered most of the time. Playing games is for kids. If he wanted you he would act like every call or text from you is 911. You are an option not a necessity to him...

If he's not answering your texts or calls and is about to cancel your plans for him to come over, he's not into you. He could also be trying to set you up as a side chick. If he's flirting when he's around you but then ignores you when you're apart, he could be with someone else.

Honestly, it sounds like he isn't interested and doesn't want to spend that day in particular with you because he doesn't want you to get the wrong idea. It seems like he likes to flirt but wants you as nothing more than a friend.
