Decisions...

I need advise . I'm 17 and I'm pregnant with my first baby . he is a boy and his due date is on my 18th birthday . (April 26 ) His dad doesn't want to help me for anything . I'm just kind of tired of it because I'm working at Burger King only getting paid minimum wage . I'm still in school as this is my senior year . the dad and i broke up before i found out i was pregnant . once i told him he denied the baby and wished a miscarriage upon me . this isn't his first child . he has another kid about 6 months now . He's 19. She doesn't have him on child support or anything . i told him of he wasn't going to step up court would be involved. He has warrants so he said he will help and not take him to court . I'm 29 weeks pregnant and he has not helped with anything at all whatsoever since I've been pregnant . so im taking him to court but don't know if i should take him to court for child support or to give up his rights for my son . .
