Any positive stories about C Sections are welcome! I went to my growth scan Wednesday and the baby measured 9lbs 2oz. The doctor is wanting to do a c section this Wednesday. This is my 6th baby and I've had vaginal deliveries with all the other 5. They were 6lbs 3 oz... 6lbs 4 oz... 6lbs 7oz... 7lbs 13oz.. And 7lbs 6oz.! I do not have gestational diabetes. I do not understand why this baby is so big. They told me my last baby would be 8lbs 2oz the day I delivered and he was 7lbs 6oz. I've never had any complications with delivering and each baby has came with only a couple of pushes and about 6-4 hours of labor. I'm so sad and can not stop crying. I feel guilty for not wanting one but the only thing I can think is that they are wrong on this weight too and I'm getting a C section for nothing. I am 5'1 and he thinks I'm to small to deliver. Also I am 38 plus 2 days and only dilated 1-2.
