UPDATE
Ok, so went for a scan today, seen a gestational sac and yolk sac, told things were progressing. Had bloods done for hcg levels.
Came home, not even been home 4 hours and I have started bleeding really heavy and passing clots. I know this is the end of the pregnancy and I feel so sad 😥
