What liners do you recommend

Please I am new to periods and I would like some recommendations for liners! Thankyou

I use the U by Kotex barely there ones because they are paper thin. (no, not an exaggeration, they really are.) I plan to try out the curves kind by the same brand when I run out. I use a few other kinds by Always and they aren't my favorite, but I use them when I need something with a but more absorbancy.
