Anyone else have this??

I'm 17 weeks and last night I woke up w extreme cramping on my left side that went down my leg felt like period cramps. It slowly calmed almost like if you were to take Advil and went away but then came back a short time later. I did eventually fall asleep and am fine today but was that just the normal pains you get? I do also have a large cyst on that side they are keeping an eye on. Any thoughts?
