Question ... Please answer if you know any answers !!!

I was on my period 4-7, not heavy just a normal period... Yesterday I started getting a metallic like taste on the sides on my tongue and this morning I had pinkish red blood (very small amount) only when I wipe ....... I'm so confused what's going on!!!
