Monster Hemorrhoid!

One day, out of blue, I got this huge hemorrhoid even when I wasn't constipated. After three days of immense pain, I decided to show it to my prenatal doc although she said it should be fine. As soon as she saw it, she arranged a minor surgery for excision. It has been four days now and it is still bleeding (not only from the cut wound but that thing seems to bleed from everywhere) and I am still in much pain. Due date is March 2, and I am just so nervous and concerned that this monster won't go away before I give birth or even get worse after the labor. Anyone going through a similar experience? :'(
