Ouch that hurt

jill • Fri, Feb 12 • I'm 28 in March expecting our 3rd baby in September I have been married 5 years and been together 10 years in September also we have 2 children already a 4 1/2 year old son and a 3 year old daughter

Just had the sharpest pain shoot through my belly button towards my vagina then sharp shooting pain through my back should I be worried? It really bloody hurt 10weeks tomorrow
