Implantation bleeding?

So I am supposed to start my period Sunday Valentine's Day.. I went to the bathroom a couple hours ago and when I wiped there was a little bit of blood and so I wiped again and a little bit more. Then I wiped again and nothing. I pushed some toilet paper up to see if there was anymore and nothing. Went to the bathroom again 20 mins ago and nothing. I haven't had any period symptoms. Usually I get cramps and sore boobs. I have never had a period without cramps. We have been trying for six months and nothing. So I started taking some prenatals to see if that would help us get a bfp. This is my first month taking them. A few times this week I have felt like someone punched my lower stomach and then it goes away. Going to get a test tonight for tomorrow morning. Hopefully we get a BFP!!!! What do you guys think?
