Faint line but bleeding, help!

Hi everyone, needing some advice here I'm so confused. I'm 18dpo today, took a test and got this very faint line. But right before I took the test I had bleeding (medium, red) and yesterday had pink CM. Almost didn't even do the test because I thought AF had arrived but then got this result....
