Does anyone get cramps @4 weeks?

Question

I have a faint line on my pregnancy test.  Now I'm getting cramps in my lower back. That's where I get period cramps. Is this a pregnancy symptom? Could I have been pregnant and now miscarrying? I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and desperately want to be pregnant... just a little paranoid and not sure what and how I should be feeling.

From the week before I missed my period to like 6 weeks I think I was cramping like I was going to get my period. I really thought I was, even after I got a positive. It went away around 6 or 7 weeks I believe. Then around 12 or 13 it came back but it's different, like stretching muscles instead of period cramps

I'm around 8 weeks and still cramping. It's just our bodies conforming to make another little person! Wait about a week and take another test. Then call and set up an appointment to see your doc!

Cramps are kind of normal because your body is experiencing lots of changes in the first trimester, specially at the beginning when your uterus is starting to grow. I had cramps until week 6 and that freaked me out! But then checked and everything was normal. 
If you are not sure if you're pregnant, you should take an urine or blood test, just to be 100% sure because it is time to start taking care of yourself a little more, specially if you've had some miscarriages before.
