Limbering

Samantha • Ohana means family and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.
Starting limbering next week and I'm curious to know what it is like. I've never done this so I'll be out my comfort zone as I'm used to step dance and I'll be very nervous about been in a class full of people I don't know. Does anyone do limbering or knows what it is like and what you do?
