Absolutely! In my experience I found that telling other mamas about it (even mamas I didn't know well) made them feel more comfortable to talk about their own struggles. Removing the stigma and taboo from ppd will benefit us all.

Just like anything else, some will and some won't. Just like formula vs breast, circumcise vs non, day care vs stay at home etc
