Reduced movement ?

So my princess has been moving less . I still feel her but not as much as normal nor as often .. should I be worried ? I'm 22 weeks & so terrified.

At 22 weeks I wouldn't worry to much. The baby is still small and had a lot of room and they move around a lot. Baby probably went lower or more towards your back. I'm 22 weeks on Sunday and same happens with me. Some days she moves like crazy and some days I don't feel her as much. They don't start counting kicks till around 30 weeks.

My doctor and Mayo Clinic pregnancy book say not to put too much clout into inconsistent movement until 26-27 weeks. Baby still has lots of room to wiggle that you just might not notice!

i just had this problem today, it could be due to dehydration, you getting a lack of sleep or she's just asleep..especially since baby is sleeping up to 14 hours at this point. try drinking a mountain dew just to wake her or eat candy. if nothing helps call your doctor.
