When does the pain stop?

I started miscarrying yesterday morning... It's bad enough I have the emotional pain. When does the actual physical pain stop?

My guess is that it would most likely depend on how far along you were. I'm 3 days into it and thought it was over, bleeding had stopped for a good 8 hours, then just suddenly started up again with cramps and bleeding. I'm sorry you're going through this. ❤️

Mine stopped after I passed them all 3 times. As soon as they came out I instantly felt better

I had bad cramps for about 3-4 days. Bleeding got lighter along with the pain after that. I was 5 weeks +3.
