How to use a menstural cup?? How long can you keep them in?? What kind do you use?? Where did you get it from???

YouTube videos on the different types of folds helped me so much when I first got mine. The 7 fold is my go-to, it's the easiest to put in for me.

I ordered my diva cup from Amazon. They come in 2 sizes so be sure to read up on that. I can leave mine in all day on the first day and last 2 days of my period since it's a normal flow. My heavier days, I need to empty it every 4 hours or so. 
There are YouTube videos that show how you can fold them. Just insert (in and towards your back somewhat) and you are ready to go.

Wear a panty liner for the first few days until you get the hang of it.
