How to move on?

I love a guy so much but he has girlfriend. I cry a lot for him & I know I need to move on. I've tried not to think about him, but it doesn't work. I always see him & I can hardly sleep. Can u guys help me how I can move on?

Don't worry about him, there are many other guys. Find a new guy and all,will be forgotten. Why do you love him? That's an awfully strong word since you didn't mention having a relationship with him. You may be in love with the idea of him but if someone isn't willing to put you first or doesn't know you exist its redundant to waste time being upset about something you cant change. Go on a date......go on several and you'll forget he ever meant anything to you. Doesn't seem productive in my opinion.

If you have never dated him tell yourself that you are in love with the IDEA of him and that you are going to find the guy who is perfect for YOU. If you have dated him then he is your ex for a reason and remember that reason.

It's hard I still love my ex.🙋🏼🙋🏼🙋🏼.. It comes and goes... It's hard when I see him, but I put a smile on and don't let anyone see that I'm in pain..

It's hard to forget someone you love. Try getting in a hobby and keep your mind off of things. Yoga also helps with depression. It really relaxes you and keeps your mind off things. Sorry girl.
