Dha and prenatal?

Anyone else taking a dha supplement on top of their prenatal? I bought some and have taken it the past few nights but haven't discussed it with my Dr. I'm guessing it's not a big deal? But any advice is appreciated!

Oh I forgot one a day women's pre-natal with dha, heard great things about it , ask Dr about it.

I asked my Dr about this topic and he said that dha is good for mental development but taking too many different pre-natal type pills can be overwhelming for your body. But I am a new mother, so I'm not sure really. Just thought I'd share God bless

I am doin the same thing, and I have done research and asked a good friend who is a natural health nut. She looked over ingredients. As long as your getting enough dha and folic acid I think we're good but I'll still ask my doctor when I go to my first appointment
