Iv always been prone to headaches but a small nap, massage or some Advil has always cured my tension headaches. Now I'm pregnant my headaches are much much worse and much more frequent and I try napping, massage, Tylenol, warm compress, re hydrating but nothing works and it's killing me to get these headaches for 2-4 days a week cuz they completely take me out for the day
