I have a scheduled c-section set for March 18th, 2nd baby, the first was a urgent need one. This pregnancy is going much better so able to plan better. SO and I had a talk the other night about when to have visitors. The c-section isn't scheduled until 1pm. We decided to have no visitors until the following day to allow more recovery time for me. I told my Mom this decision yesterday. Her immediate response was no your not keeping me away from you and baby but once I explained our reasons she came around (still not 100% happy but accepting of it). I have told my husband he has to tell his Mom and Dad the same thing. I know this is the best decision for us but I can't help feeling a little guilty, making them wait longer to meet baby. Thank you just needed to get this off my chest.
