Workout n diet during the time

I was on a weight lose plan for about 3 mth or so lost 10lbs ...and suddenly my weight just slowly backed up about 3lbs... Turned out that I'm 5wks. Sad thing is I already have a super low metabolic rate: I eat very small portions, barely reach 1200 and workout to burn 600 at least to maintain my weight!!! I'm 122lbs 5wks ago, and on avg 900-1200 cal burn workout daily. Power yoga, weight, elliptical, HIIT etc...
So struggled on cutting my workout and high protein diet😭 I don't want to be 180lbs by the end of this😭😭😭😭
