Sleep on the right side or left side?

I read an article that told me to sleep on my left so I've been doing that all 33 weeks. Then right now, I just read that you're supposed to sleep on the right to not put pressure on your liver. Do you know which side to sleep on?

I have to flip sides as my hips get sore if I stay on one side too long.

I start out on my left because that helps prevent stomach acid from rising into your throat, but I switch a few hours in (after potty break #1 lol) because my side starts hurting. After potty break #2, I switch the pillows to being back supports and I lay leftwards, but on my back (half on the pillows).

It literally doesn't matter. They say to lay on your left because it promotes blood flow. But my doctor said if I wanna sleep on my back go for it. I usually sleep on my back kind of propped to one side or another.

I've heard left side from most people, but my doctor said either side is fine. So I'm going with what my doctor says.

I was told by my husband's aunt that you are not supposed to sleep on your right side. I switch threw the night. start on my left and go back and forth threw out the night. I looked it up and this article said in the 3rd trimester you can sleep on your right. It is better than sleeping on your back. But it is best to sleep on your left side.

I have been able to get myself to sleep on left and right. Sleeping on your left side is recommended but my Dr said both is fine. I get very uncomfortable and will wake up if I end up on my back

I sleep in whatever position is most comfortable for me...left side, right side, or back! I sleep with a body pillow and if I sleep on my back I prop the pillow up underneath me. Just do what's best for you!
