I have no idea what's happening I don't even know what I did but I was laying in bed and I just moved my head and all of the sudden it was like I could feel the muscles in my throat twist and now they're super tight it's like I have a Charlie horse, the pain is on the right side right below my jaw and I can't turn my head right, look up, or lay my tongue flat in my mouth without crying, please help!
