Feel a little happy when you see other negatives?

Question

We've been trying to convince for 2 years with no luck. Sometimes on here I see people with negatives and I get a little satisfaction from seeing a negative and/or being able to tell people their test is definitely a negative. I know it's mean and a little morbid but I can't help it. Am I alone in this feeling?

I strongly believe in karma. You're struggling with your own infertility so you know how difficult this can be but still you get pleasure from other people's pain. If your attitude doesn't change your situation isn't going to change and someone will be happy that you get negatives month after month.

I think this is really disgusting. And I totally agree with the girl that said all the stuff about karma. You will not get you baby if you keep this up and it seems as though you deserve it too. Just saying.

No. It doesn't make me happy. My husband and I have been TTC for 2.5 years so we know very well how awful it feels to get a negative.  
It SUCKS! 
So my heart goes out to those that have high hopes they have a positive test when I see a negative 😞 
I hate telling them I don't see anything, but I also don't like it when no one comments to help, so I make sure to comment.

I've had two miscarriages in 2 years. First were twins and the second was a blighted ovum. I'm one of those who actually LOVE seeing women on here with a bfp that's been praying and trying for years. And my heart breaks a little each time I see someone trying their hardest to see that second line that isn't there. Cuz I've been there. I get it that you don't want to be alone in this and I guess seeing bfn gives you reassurement that you aren't but I would def work on my attitude and how to be happy for others. Um yea I'd say you're probably pretty alone in this. I've been trying for 5 years and 7 months, I had my first bfp in June last year and miscarried the following month. I'm so overjoyed to see positives. I don't care how long the person's been trying. Positives make me happy. It breaks my heart to have to say I don't see anything. That's why I stopped commenting on them. I'd much rather say it's positive, congratulations!

To be totally honest. It would make me feel good in a way, to know that I was not the only one having trouble conceiving. And I would feel disappointed when I saw BFP posts, reminding me of how much I want I want a child.

That's really sad... that reminds me of a bitter ex girlfriend trying to ruin her ex's relationship with a new girl. You kno that "if I can't have it nobody can!!!" type of attitude. I could understand where you were coming from if you said you don't feel so alone seeing others struggle with infertility and being able to relate to other women in the same situation. But to actually feel better about yourself and feel satisfaction in rubbing it in another woman's face that she isn't pregnant just because you're not... I honestly pity you.

You're not alone. I wouldn't say I get 'happy' or 'satisfied' but it does make me feel slightly better to know I'm not the only one on the planet who just can't seem to get pregnant. Of course I feel for the other women like me who get negatives and I hope next time they will get a BFP. But I does feel nice that it's not just me.

No and it bothers me when women get so upset and refuse to be happy for their friends'/family members' babies because they themselves are having issues. Law of attraction... Put yourself in a negative rut, and you will see negative effects.
