Bumps??

Question

I having a bump about the width of a dime or penny of the outside of my vagina. I squeezed it because I am known to have foliculitis and small amounts of blood and puss came out. Should I be worried?

I have the same Issue! I’ve had it since I was 12 so almost 16 years now :/. I’ve seen a gynecologist about it and there’s nothing they can do about it, all I got was some advice on how to prevent it:
- exfoliate the area daily 
- wash daily with antibiotic soap
- refrain from shaving or waxing too often 
- I have found that 1-2 detox baths (with Epsom salt) a week seems to help a bit
When it occurs:
- I like to keep it covered with Neosporin and a bandaid to protect it from further infection
- hold a warm wet cloth on the area to bring it to the surface faster
- and again detox baths!
